Egmont Honey, Ginger & Melon Salad
There is nothing quite like a recipe that is quick and easy to prepare and yet tastes incredible and is filled with a good dose of health-giving vitamins and minerals to boost. This recipe is just that and to top it off looks lovely on a pretty serving platter too!

INGREDIENTS
1 rock melon
Fresh ginger
Mint leaves
honey
METHOD
Cut the melon into thin wedges and arrange on a serving platter. Grate ginger over the melon, scatter over mint leaves then drizzle with honey and serve.
