
Cardamom Honey Coffee
Coffee and cardamom are a wonderful combination, with the addition of the Egmont Honey to help mellow the flavours out!

INGREDIENTS
- 4 cardamom pods
- Ozone Coffee
- Milk to serve
- Egmont Manuka Honey to serve
METHOD
- Remove the cardamom seeds from their pods and grind In a mortar and pestle.
- Put the coffee into a plunger and add in the ground cardamom.
- Top with water and leave to brew.
- Once brewed divide between two cups, add milk if desired followed by a generous squeeze of Egmont Honey then serve.
