Egmont Honey, Yoghurt, Garlic & Lemon Dressing
This is a deliciously versatile recipe and is great served over anything from roast vegetables, meat and fish to drizzled on top of dhal stuffed kumara as seen in our recipe. It has the perfect amount of garlic, paired with zesty lemon and rounded out with our MGO 250+ Mānuka Honey.
Serves: Makes 1 cup
Prep Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
- Zest 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Egmont Honey
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
METHOD
- Put all the ingredients into a small bowl and whisk well to combine.
- Garnish with herbs if desired and drizzle over salads, roasted vegetables or meats.
