Egmont Honey Chocolate Mousse
This chocolate mousse is silky smooth, delicious and perfect for those who are dairy-free.

INGREDIENTS

450g avocado flesh (from 3-4 avocados)

½ cup cocoa

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

½ cup Egmont Honey
-
¼ cup coffee

Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate to garnish, optional
METHOD

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and using a stick blender, blend until smooth and no lumps remain.

Spoon into little serving glasses, top with chocolate chips if desired then serve.
