Egmont Honey Chocolate Mousse

This chocolate mousse is silky smooth, delicious and perfect for those who are dairy-free.  

 

Serves: Serves 6 

Prep Time:  10 minutes

INGREDIENTS  

  • 450g avocado flesh (from 3-4 avocados) 

  • ½ cup cocoa 

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 

  • ½ cup Egmont Honey 

  • ¼ cup coffee 

  • Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate to garnish, optional 

 

METHOD 

  1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and using a stick blender, blend until smooth and no lumps remain.  

  1. Spoon into little serving glasses, top with chocolate chips if desired then serve.
