Red Cabbage, Lime & Peanut Slaw
This salad it quick and easy to prepare and looks and tastes beautiful! A rainbow on your plate!

INGREDIENTS
- 350g red cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup lightly packed coriander, chopped
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup roasted, salted peanuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Egmont Manuka honey MGO 250+
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
METHOD
1. Put the cabbage, coriander, onion, and peanuts into a salad bowl.
2. Put the lime juice, vinegar, olive and sesame oils, Egmont Manuka honey and the sea salt into a glass jar, put on the lid and shake well.
3. Pour this dressing over the salad, toss then serve.
