Egmont Honey Green Smoothie
This breakfast smoothie is a nutritious meal in a glass. Packed with nutrients, good fats and protein, it's good enough to get out of bed for!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 125g blueberries
- 1 avocado, flesh scooped from skin
- 1 cup spinach, washed
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup Greek Yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons Egmont Honey
- 2 x sprigs mint to serve
METHOD
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Divide between two glasses, garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
